It’s our belief that our clients’ needs dictate the design and development of their marketing materials and strategies. That’s obvious, no?
Well… not necessarily.
Many design agencies don’t really understand their clients. They start the design process before they fully grasp their client’s market, customers, and most importantly, their client’s unique problems. This can result in what might be a really cool identity system or a great looking website, but one that completely misses its target.
For example, you might have a very specific target market you want to speak to (if you don’t, you should, and we can help you with that). If your website doesn’t address that group of customers (and their unique problems) in the language they understand, you won’t connect.
